Back from the sunshine yesterday evening. The clubs had arrived last Monday. I put on the wooly hat and waterproofs to try them out this morning. Really pleased with them, so forgiving.

Just to let you know that I was finally patched through to the most experienced support techie and he has managed to get the device working. Please let Sky know and thank you for your support. Apparently it was all to do with something to do with t he drivers in the computer. Because I have Windows 7, it can cause problems as the caddies work off earlier versions.

Just a quick note to thank you for your part in securing the clubs which arrived a few days ago.  Our move has not allowed any extensive use but their time will come.  A first class service and I particularly welcomed the updates when appropriate.  No problems with spelling my name with an 'i' and not a 'y'.  I am used to it and do not take offence easily.

Received clubs about 1 p m today. Just to let you know that these clubs are great,bought them on a whim after reading press release. Got them in march & my handicap has come down from 18.2 to my lowest ever at 15.5.Hope for further improvement now I have these 2 clubs!!

Dear Craig, 

Just thought I'd leave you wee note congratulating you and your staff for the excellent customer service that I've recently received, as you know I ordered the King Cobra S3 max 9.5 degree with regular flex shaft, from the moment I placed the order with Sam he kept me totally informed as to what was happening with my order he informed me that as it was a specialist order and not a stock item then it might take a little longer to fulfill my order. I was a little disappointed at this as I wanted it for the weekend to play in the weekly medal and thought that I would be waiting weeks for the club. Imagine my surprise then when Sam telephoned me back some twenty minutes later to tell me that even though it was a non stock item he would make sure he did his best to get me the club for the weekend, thanking him I waited with anticipation.  I then received an e-mail from yourself thanking me for placing the order and informing me as to who the courier was the reference number for tracking the item  and when it was posted, upon receiving this e-mail I quickly logged onto the couriers website to see where my parcel was and when i would be receiving it and to my surprise it was to be delivered the next day. All in all I think this was exceptional customer service as from point of order, to me receiving the club it was less than a week and I was kept informed at each stage as to what was happening. In this day and age it warms my heart to realise that there is a company that truly cares that their customers are kept informed and that cares for their customers in this way. All to often in this day and age people are keen to condem company's but in your company's case I can't praise or recommend you enough.

Both myself and my new best friends (the Callaway RazrX irons, hybrid and Razr Hawk driver) all got back to Shanghai safely.  Many thanks for managing to get the clubs and bag delivered in such a short time scale.  Additional thanks to Craig for sorting out my swing.  I have been to the driving range over here and the majority of my shots are going straight and true. I am playing in a tournament tomorrow and for the first time in months I am really looking forward to playing now my swing is working again.  To anyone contemplating visiting the range or buying from these guys, rest assured that you will get excellent advice and service.  Many thanks once again,

Lob wedge has just been delivered. I am slowly getting used to my new clubs. The most significant difference I am noticing is the extrta distance I am getting from the short irons.  I am now using a 9 iron where  I was previously using a 7 iron. Many thanks for your help in mearuring me up for the clubs, tips on my stance and the efficient and speedy delivery service.
