Orders will be delivered directly to the address you have stated as the delivery address. If you are not available at the address you have stated when the item is delivered, the courier will leave a note with a phone number that you can call to arrange a new delivery time, or to deliver the parcel to your nearest neighbour. If the attempts by the courier to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to UK Golf Academy. In such cases UK Golf Academy is not liable to refund the delivery cost.

Most orders will be shipped the same working day or next working day and will be shipped on a 1-2 day service. We will email or phone you if there is going to be a delay in getting your order to you. Custom club orders can take up 7-10 days. FootJoy are quoting 3-4 weeks for delivery of MyJoy orders.

Orders over £100 will be shipped to the UK Free of Charge. £5 will be charged to orders under £100 - Orders to the Highlands, Islands and Northern & Southern Ireland and Europe will be subject to a shipping surcharge, please contact us before placing your order by email orders@ukgolfacademy.com or by phone 01992 570707.
