Delivery Information

Orders will be delivered directly to the address you have stated as the delivery address. If you are not available at the address you have stated when the item is delivered, the courier will leave a note with a phone number that you can call to arrange a new delivery time, or to deliver the parcel to your nearest neighbour. If the attempts by the courier to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to UK Golf Academy. In such cases UK Golf Academy is not liable to refund the delivery cost.

Orders will be processed immediately and where possible will be with you in 5-7 working days, in the event of the item being out of stock your order may take 7-10 days, please contact us before purchasing if your order needs to be with you by a specific date. Custom Club orders can take between 7-14 days, only 5-PW/SW sets of irons are classed as Standard all other set make ups will be classed as Custom orders. FootJoy are quoting approximately 3 weeks for delivery of MyJoy orders.

Orders over £100 will be shipped to the UK Mainland Free of Charge. £4.99 will be charged to orders under £100, unless Free UK Shipping is stated on the web page. Orders to the Highlands, Islands and Northern & Southern Ireland and Europe will be subject to a shipping surcharge, this should be added to your Shopping Cart, if it does not get added correctly we may contact you and request it be paid before your order is accepted, please feel free to contact us before placing your order by email orders@ukgolfacademy.com or by phone +44 (0) 1992 570707.
