Returns
Procedure Please email us at orders@ukgolfacademy.com stating the item to be exchanged or returned, together with the reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply from our us detailing if there is any problem with your exchange, otherwise, authorising your return. Please return the parcel to us enclosing a copy of your invoice to the following address. UK Golf Academy Customer Returns We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery, and keep proof of postage. Please note Returns are sent at your expense. We will email to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund, credit or exchanged goods within 2/3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. If there is likely to be any further delay, we will contact you.
You have the right to exchange or return goods within 7 days after receiving them. Returned goods should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact. Customised clubs and FootJoy MyJoys cannot be returned for a credit or refund. When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return delivery to us. The original delivery cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake made by UK Golf Academy.
