Terms & Conditions
1. Orders over £100 will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to any address in the UK.
2. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way when purchasing goods from our store.
3. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with an order reference number.
4. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.
5. UK Golf Academy Ltd. reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
6. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible (in most cases the day we receive the order) In some cases in can take up to 10 days for items to dispatched. In the event of any delays we shall contact you with the expected delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time stated you have option to cancel your order. Contact us via e-mail at

, or via telephone on 01992 570707, stating your order number and we will cancel your order.
7. Customers have the right to cancel orders from the date they place the order and for up to 7 working days, starting from the day after they receive the goods assuming they have not been used. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. The cost of goods will be refunded less postage.
8. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling.
9. We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged returned goods.
10. All cancelations to be confirmed via email.
